【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention to incidence of depression in patients with thod：60 patients with COPD were divided into intervention group （n=30） and control group （n=30） from Feb 2011 to Feb cidences of depression， 1-year survival rate and satisfaction rate of nursing were sult：Incidence of depression of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control cidence of severe depression of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control ere was no significant difference in 1-year survival rate between two tisfaction rate of nursing of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control nclusion：Nursing intervention could decrease incidence of depression and improve satisfaction rate of nursing in patients with COPD， but not improve prognosis in patients with COPD.
